Which products can you source from India?

We work across agro & food products, textiles & apparel, handicrafts & décor, industrial goods, leather products and chemicals & pharma inputs. If your commodity isn't listed, submit a requirement — there's a good chance we can support it.

How is pricing decided?

Pricing depends on quantity, grade, packing, destination port and Incoterm (FOB, CIF or CFR). Once we understand your requirement we prepare an itemised quote, so there are no hidden surprises.

What information do you need to give a quote?

Typically: company name and country, the commodity and grade, quantity, destination port, preferred Incoterm and your WhatsApp/email. The more detail you share, the faster and sharper your quote.

Do you provide samples before a bulk order?

For many commodities, samples may be shared for approval before a bulk order is confirmed. We'll confirm what's possible for your specific product when reviewing your requirement.

Which export documents do you support?

Depending on the commodity and destination, this can include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection documents and product-specific certificates. We help prepare and reconcile the set for clean clearance.

But sourcing from India for the first time can feel complex: finding a trustworthy supplier, agreeing terms, coordinating quality and handling documentation. 1. Define your requirement precisely

Start with a clear specification: the exact product, grade or quality, quantity, target price, packing and destination port. The more precise your brief, the faster and more accurate the quotes you'll receive — and the fewer surprises later.

2. Source and coordinate suppliers

A good sourcing partner identifies suitable manufacturers, matches your specification, coordinates samples where applicable and keeps communication clear. Having a single point of contact in India removes the friction of time zones and language.

3. Agree commercial terms (Incoterms)

Decide who is responsible for what using internationally recognised Incoterms. FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and CFR (Cost & Freight) are the most common for sea shipments. Your Incoterm determines where the seller's responsibility ends and yours begins.

4. Coordinate quality before dispatch

Quality checks against the agreed specification — with photos, videos or inspection where applicable — confirm the goods match your order before they leave India. Catching an issue before packing is far cheaper than discovering it after arrival.

5. Documentation

Every export shipment needs a correct document set. Depending on the commodity and destination this typically includes:

Commercial invoice and packing list
Certificate of origin
Bill of lading or airway bill (where applicable)
Any product-specific or regulatory certificates
